The female driver of the Accord told officials she did not see the pair in the crosswalk because of the sun's glare. The girl sustained major head injuries and was transported to an area hospital. Officials have arrested two women in connection with a deadly car accident in San Bernardino that killed 38-year-old Gary Marshall. The Victorville Daily Press reports that the hit-and-run crash occurred as Marshall was walking down Mojave Street in Hesperia early morning on October 4, 2011. Anita De Guzman Torres, 62, was killed in a car accident in San Diego after she was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street.
