The Press-Enterprise reports that the fatal motorcycle accident happened on the Highway 138 the morning of September 20, 2011 when the Honda motorcycle was struck by a Ford Expedition SUV that was making a U-turn. Westhaver was thrown off his motorcycle and died from his injuries.
