The Los Angeles Daily News reports that the deadly crash happened at Seventh and Olive streets in Los Angeles the morning of November 21, 2011. Police say Mack was riding a motorcycle when a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Patrick Traylor turned in front of him at the intersection. Mack was pronounced dead at the scene. Traylor's passenger sustained head and facial injuries. Traylor was booked on suspicion of murder and driving under the influence.
