Right-of-Way Issues Involved in La Canada Car Accident
Police in La Canada believe that a driver's failure to yield right-of-way may have caused a car accident the morning of April 13, 2010 resulting in injuries to both drivers who were involved. The La Canada Valley Sun reports that the crash occurred on the Angeles Crest Highway at Milmada Drive. A Lexus sedan that was northbound on the highway was hit by a pickup truck turning left onto Angeles Crest from Milmada. Both drivers were transported to an area hospital. Police say it appears that the driver of the pickup truck may have failed to yield right-of-way to the Lexus.
I wish both the injured victims the very best for a quick and full recovery. They will be in my prayers. It is indeed fortunate that this accident did not result in catastrophic injuries.
