A hit-and-run collision in San Diego resulted in serious injuries for a female pedestrian the night of August 23, 2010. The San Diego Union-Tribune reports that the major injury collision occurred when the woman was attempting to cross El Camino Real near Encinitas Boulevard. She was struck by a van that was going north on El Camino Real.
