A 91-year-old woman who was killed in a car accident in Los Angeles has been identified by authorities as Mioko Kozaki. According to The Daily Breeze, the fatal car accident occurred at the intersection of Hawthorne Boulevard and 182nd Street in Torrance. Two vehicles – a 2000 Toyota Camry and a 2000 Toyota Tundra – collided with a tremendous impact. Kozaki was taken to the hospital where she died.
